Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Seward County, Nebraska. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
