Vacancy available: refrigeration service engineer (Washington)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Kittitas County, Washington. You will be based in an AC and refrigeration showroom. Requirements: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade The role involves trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch.
