On a typical shift you will carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard. Ideal candidate: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
