Marble fixer — Esmeralda County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble fixer in Esmeralda County, Nevada. The job is in a natural stone fabrication unit. Day-to-day duties: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers Requirements: • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Own hand tools an advantage At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
