Immediate opening: commis chef (Missouri)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Saint Louis County, Missouri. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
