Join our team: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Agege, Lagos State. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Day to day you will weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦275,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
