Track-type tractor operator — Armstrong County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a busy earthworks site. Your main tasks: • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily Ideal candidate: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $29 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
