Panel welder — Parmer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in Parmer County, Texas. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Day to day you will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator.
