Marble fixer — Calhoun County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble fixer in Calhoun County, Illinois. The job is at a marble and granite workshop. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding You will fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin; lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys; measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
