Powder coating sprayer wanted in Berkeley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Berkeley County, South Carolina. You will be based on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 4+ years on the tools preferred.
