Lifting rigger — Finney County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Finney County, Kansas. You will work in a steel fabrication yard. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness You will check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
