Roofing labourer — Westchester County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Westchester County, New York. You will work on commercial flat-roof projects. On the job you will handle: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding Ideal candidate: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Willing to work outdoors in all weather $5,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
