Maintenance plumber — Caroline County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance plumber in Caroline County, Maryland. The job is in the maintenance team of a facilities company. Requirements: • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable • Sound knowledge of PPR, CPVC, PVC and GI pipe systems You will fit and seal taps, mixers, stopcocks and gate valves; make connections to the mains water and sewer lines; trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits; install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps; replace worn washers, seals and float valves.
