On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
