Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Todd County, Minnesota. You will be based at a landfill site. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day to day you will stockpile and spread material to the required levels; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours.
