Offshore rigger — Cabarrus County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. You will work on a high-rise building site. On the job you will handle: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting What we are looking for: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces 3+ years on the tools preferred.
