What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
