Offshore rigger — Musselshell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Musselshell County, Montana. The job is in a steel fabrication yard. Requirements: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather On a typical shift you will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; guide loads through tight openings into their final position. $180 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
