Bread and bun maker • Allen County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Allen County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time with occasional weekends.
