In-process quality controller wanted in Concho County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Concho County, Texas. You will work in an automotive parts factory. Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols You will check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools.
