Now hiring: we are hiring a mining dozer operator in Marion County, South Carolina. You will be based at a land-clearing site. Your main tasks: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving You should have: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine We offer $190 per day plus benefits.
