Garment machinist — Ngaski

Join our team: we are hiring a garment machinist in Ngaski, Kebbi State. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Your main tasks: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens ₦160,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
