Sausage maker wanted in Mercer County

Join our team: we are hiring a sausage maker in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
