Bakery assistant wanted in Wayne County

Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Wayne County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
