Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Marin County, California. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
