We are recruiting: grill cook (West Virginia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Randolph County, West Virginia. The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
