Vacancy available: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Hardeman County, Tennessee. The role involves forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation. You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
