Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Burleson County, Texas. The job is at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Day-to-day duties: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
