EHS coordinator wanted in Chilton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Chilton County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions Part-time with flexible hours. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
