Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On a typical shift you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
