Immediate opening: milling machine operator (Tennessee)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Carroll County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Day-to-day duties: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
