Dishwasher wanted in Yazoo County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Yazoo County, Mississippi. You will be based at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Overtime paid at a premium rate.
