Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Six days a week, one day off.
