Deboner wanted in Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Jefferson County, Illinois. You will work at a halal meat counter. Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
