We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Trinity County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints You should have: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings 5+ years on the tools preferred.
