Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
