Thermal insulation technician — Kanam

Vacancy available: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Kanam, Plateau State. On a typical shift you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Working-at-height certificate an advantage At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
