Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Madison County, Tennessee. You will work in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. On a typical shift you will climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Full-time with occasional weekends.
