Powder coating line operator — Hancock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hancock County, Ohio. You will work on an industrial coating line. On the job you will handle: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time with occasional weekends.
