Deboner — Toole County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Toole County, Montana. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On a typical shift you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
