Shuttering charge hand — Hot Spring County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Hot Spring County, Arkansas. You will be based on a residential tower site. Ideal candidate: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
