Kitchen porter — Washington County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Washington County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Part-time with flexible hours.
