Cake decorator wanted in La Paz County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in La Paz County, Arizona. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
