Gtaw welder — Ford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Ford County, Kansas. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Day-to-day duties: • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
