Die-casting operator wanted in Blount County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Blount County, Alabama. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. Day to day you will carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. You should have: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
