Groundsman — Burt County

Now hiring: we are hiring a groundsman in Burt County, Nebraska. You should have: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors The role involves check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
