What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line.
