Elevator service technician — Broome County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Broome County, New York. You will work on a high-rise construction site. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance The role involves replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
