Cake decorator wanted in Polk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Polk County, Arkansas. You will be based at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Rotating shifts.
