Die-casting operator wanted in Swain County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Swain County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
